ORDERING AND QUOTING INFORMATION:
1.Order Confirmation and Pricing
All orders and pricing will be confirmed via email on the Sunday or Monday prior to the scheduled pick-up date. At this time, minor modifications or cancellations can still be made.
2. Order Deadlines
Orders must be submitted by Saturday in advance of the upcoming delivery week. All orders are taken one week in advance to be sure pricing and availability are guaranteed.
3. Order Form Availability
Our online order form and social media pages are closed on Sundays to allow for updates and processing.
4. Unavailable Items
If a fruit option is not listed in the dropdown menu, it is currently unavailable for order. The order form is updated every Monday morning based on availability.
5. Not Guaranteed Items
Items marked as “not guaranteed” are not guaranteed for quality or availability. This includes all produce not grown by Fortunato Fruits. For more details, please refer to our [Support Page].
6. Bulk Orders
For large quantity requests, please refer to our Bulk Info page for important details. If you are placing an order of 20 cases or more, kindly notify us in advance by emailing info@fortunatofruits.com to confirm availability.
7. Tomatoes & Sour Cherries
To place an order for tomatoes or sour cherries, please visit the dedicated pages. If a form is not available, these items are not yet in season.
